Delete Your Tirly Account

You can delete your Tirly account, and everything our servers hold about it, at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Tirly, go to the Account tab, choose Delete account, and confirm. The app deletes your account on our servers and signs you out. Nothing else is needed.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app or the phone, email info@rayetechnology.com with the phone number you signed up with. We will confirm that the number is yours by sending a code to it, delete the account, and reply to your email when it is done. Requests are handled within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes, immediately and permanently:

• your phone number, its hash, and the name you gave yourself;
• your sign-in token, so the app cannot act as you again;
• every friendship, pending or active, and both phones' keys for it;
• the copy of your rules, including any place in a location rule;
• permission asks you sent or received;
• your phone's push address;
• your invite link, its count, and the record of any invite you claimed;
• Tirly sessions you hosted, and your membership of any you joined;
• any daily screen-time totals uploaded by an earlier version of the app;
• your Tirly Pro standing on our server, and your purchase record at RevenueCat (Google Play keeps its own record of what you bought).

Your friends' phones stop recognising yours on their next sync, and any rule they wrote that named you is removed from their phone. If you hosted a Tirly session that is still open, deleting your account ends it for everyone in it. The only thing that survives is a count on other people's invite links, which names nobody.

What is not on our servers

Most of what Tirly does stays on your phone: which app is in the foreground, your screen-time history, whether a block is in force, and your location. Uninstalling the app removes all of that from the phone but does not delete your account; use one of the two paths above for that. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold.
